Room to Plan

The small things need doing. The bigger idea needs somewhere to begin. Room to Plan keeps tasks and plans together so you can see the next step without losing sight of what it belongs to.

A place for the next step

A task can be as small as writing an opening paragraph. A plan might be a website, a weekend away, or the idea you keep putting off. Keeping them together makes it easier to pick a starting point and come back to it.

Choose your view

List, Board, and Calendar offer different ways to look at the same work. Today brings the next steps into focus. Your own private plans come first, with selective sharing when you want to bring someone else in.

A planner you direct

You make the decisions. Room to Plan has no AI feature layer; AI helps us build and refine the software. We want the finished planner to give you space to think, arrange the work, and choose what matters.
